Can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been
dispatched from our warehouse. If you have not received your tracking
information, please contact our customer service team.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all international countries. Please note delivery times are taking longer than usual for international orders.

What are your shipping rates?

Our shipping rates are £3.99 for standard shipping and £9.99 for express.

Can I add to my order?

If your parcel has not already left our warehouse, we will absolutely do our best to meet your needs.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We happily accept returns and exchanges if your yarn is as sent and unused. Please note we do not pay for returns. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Can I click and collect?

Of course! We offer a click and collect service. When your order is ready to collect, we will contact you. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we will bring your order out to your car.
