Can I track my order?

Please ensure you provide a valid email address when ordering and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been
dispatched from our warehouse.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all international countries. Please note delivery times are taking longer than usual for international orders.

What are your shipping rates?

Our UK standard shipping rate is £3.99 (2-5days via Royal Mail) and express is £9.99 (next working day delivery when ordered before 12noon, Monday to Friday).

Our International standard shipping rate is £20. This is only estimated and your order will be weighed when processed. If further charges apply, you will be contacted by one of our team.

I am stuck and need some extra support with my kit?

We are always here to help! We have a Youtube Channel with visual aids to help support you on various projects.

If you still need support further, please email hi@woolcouturecompany.com with a description of the item and part you are struggling with. One of our design team will come back to you shortly with some support and advise.

I forgot to add shipping to my order, what do I do?

That's not a problem. If one of the team haven't already contacted you (please check your emails) please email hi@woolcouturecompany.com with your order number.

The team will send you a £3.99 shipping charge (UK). Once this has been paid, your order will be shipped accordingly.

Can I add to my order?

No problem - If your parcel has not already left our warehouse, we will absolutely do our best to meet your needs. The cut off time is 3pm on the day your order was placed.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We hope that you are delighted with your order, but if for some reason you are not we have set out below a summary of your rights in the event that you wish to return a product.

If you made your purchase through one of our stockists for example John, Lewis, Harrods or a TV shopping channel, then any return will need to be made in accordance with the returns/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer.

Can I click and collect?

Of course! We offer a click and collect service. Please select 'pick up' at checkout.

When your order is ready to collect, we will contact you via email. Collection times are between 11am and 3.30pm.

What skill level should I buy?

Our craft kits are designed with different levels of skill in mind.

Beginner

Projects using basic stitches. Perfect for the beginner.

Easy

Projects may include simple stitch patterns and shaping.

Intermediate

Projects may include involved stitch patterns, color work, and/or shaping.

Advanced

Projects may include complex stitch patterns, colour work, and or/shaping using a variety of techniques and stitches simultaneously.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Of course you can! Please add your gift message to the notes/special instructions when you place your order. One of our team will write the message on one of our Wool Couture cards to go with your order.

No pricing shows in any of our packaging.

Is the Wool Couture craft shop classes still open?

Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 we had to close our classes. We are looking to open this again or provide online classes soon!
