General Shipping Information:
Royal Mail and Fedex deliver between 8:30am – 18:00hrs. If you are not going to be at the delivery address, please give a safe place to leave your order or an alternative address.
Parcels are normally only delivered between Monday and Friday.

Please Note: Outside the UK mainland, all shipping costs are estimated on your order. Shipping costs are calculated on actual order weight, order dimensions and actual address.
One of our team will be in contact if additional shipping costs are required.
Please be aware customers are responsible for payment of any local customs and duties. We suggest that you check with your local Government with regards to any fees.
Normal shipping times from courier collection to delivery to customer:
Standard UK Royal Mail Delivery £3.99 and will take 2-5 working days from dispatch.
Standard International Delivery shipping costs will vary and will take 5-10 working days from dispatch.
Express Shipping £9.99 and will take 1-2 working days from dispatch.
Cut off for express delivery is 2pm at time of order (Weekdays only).
Busy Periods (Christmas/Sale): Please note, the team work hard to hand pick all the kits and get all of your orders to you in good time. Processing times from placing the order to dispatch is up to 5 working days. However during busy sale periods this may take longer. Please also allow time for Royal Mail to deliver your parcel.
