Our Geometric Blanket Knitting Kit is a really generous sized blanket - 150cm x 150cm, which will sit perfectly on a bed or the back of a sofa.

The blanket is made in squares and then sewn all together to make the geometric design.

The blanket is made in our lovely Utterly Aran Yarn which is a pleasure to work with. You can also choose the 2 colours for the design which can be made in the colours of your favourite room.

We also have a geometric cushion in this range which you can see here

Each kit contains: 

- 16 balls of Utterly Aran Yarn in the main colour

- 18 balls of Utterly Aran Yarn in secondary colour which includes the border (A)

- Darning Needle

- Geometric Blanket Pattern

Optional: 5mm knitting needles

Skill level: Intermediate

We have classed this kit as intermediate as there's quite a bit of knitting involved. In reality the stitches are quite simple, and this would be a perfect project to involve the whole family, as the blanket is made in squares which is assembled.

Sizing: 

Length approx - 150 cms (60 ins) including border

Width approx - 150 cms (60 ins) including border

Each finished square measures 18 cms square.


Care Instructions: Machine washable.

Stitches used: Knit stitch, increasing and decreasing.

The picture shows the blanket made in Grey Mist (main colour) and Wheat (colour A).
