Delivery Information

2019 Christmas Delivery Times:

Last day for placing orders for delivery before Christmas is Friday 20th December 2019.  You will recieve your delivery on Monday the 23rd or Tuesday the 24th by Fedex.

The last date for standard delivery is Monday 16th December, this allows 2-5 days shipping time to ensure your package arrives before Christmas.

All orders placed after Monday 16th December will be dispatched with our express delivery service – Fedex, for next day delivery.

For orders placed after 20th December we cannot guarentee delivery before Christmas.

Our offices will be closed from midday on Christmas Eve and we will return on the 2nd January.  Orders placed during this time will be dispatched upon our return.

General Information:

Subject to availability we aim to ship your order within 48 hours – 72 hours.

Handmade items will take a minimum of 7 days before they are shipped and you will receive an email confirming the actual timings.

Geographical location and courier availability can be limited in Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man.

Some postcodes that do not come under standard UK delivery include postcodes: BT, GY, IM, JE, KW, ZE. Please get in touch if you have any queries.

Parcels are normally only delivered between Monday and Friday.

The above delivery times are generally correct, but for certain rural or remote areas there may be an extra day added. Delivery may also take longer over public holidays and during busy periods such as Christmas.

Although we will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Wool Couture Ltd is not liable for delays beyond our control.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs and duties.  We suggest that you check with your local Government with regards to any fees.
